If you saw some of the advice given...

Anyway, eat more. Easiest way to gain weight is to consume foods that are high in calories and don't fill you up. Liquids are best. So fizzy drinks, juice or low fat milk will make you fatter pretty easily. It wouldn't be hard to put on 5 pounds in one week.

Do you mind me asking why you want to gain 5 pounds?

If you have an appetite just pig out! If you don't liquid calories are your best bet. Best of luck with your wedding!

If you just pig out for 5 weeks you'll only end up being skinny fat at the wedding.

Since you're getting married I presume you have the knowledge to be capable of implementing the use of a weighing scales for your endeavours. You're going to have to engage your common sense to combat the coming posts. That's what you get for posting in this forum.

Make sure you do a workout before the wedding. You will get a 'pump' from all the blood going around your body and it will make you look bigger

Well I work out 4 times a week so it shouldn't all go to the belly

This time last year I was 13.5 stone and a large shirt looked great on me and 34 pants were perfect

At 12.5 stone my pants hang off me

Wouldn't you be better off getting your suit tailored properly? I've gotten a jacket done in a matter of days, but I wouldn't leave it down to the wire if I were you.

    No as I am underweight

You're planning to put on less than two and a half kilos. If your suit doesn't fit you well now, 2.5 kg isn't going to change that by much. Though I guess if you have your heart set of doing things the hard way, go for it.

A far easier solution would be to get a new suit/shirt. I'd be surprised if it stil fit anyone after losing a stone.

    How tall are you?
The notion of ideal weight ranges is very flawed. Body comp is far more important. Most likely your issue was two gold, slightly high body fat and low muscle mass. Resolving the first issue has likely exposed the second.

From other threads you eat quite cleanly. Eat more.

You're dropping weight because you're not eating enough.
