CAO Phone troubles?

I've been trying to contact the CAO by phone all day and everytime its rang out or said "user busy". Except at 1pm when they said they're open Mondays-Fridays 9.30am - 5pm with 1pm - 2pm break. Still though, I was ring all before 1pm and after 2pm right up until 5! Is anyone else having the same problem?

All you can do is keep trying, or it may be useful to send them an email with all the details of your query clearly laid out.

I doubt that their phones are down, much more likely that they're getting tonnes of panicky phone-calls from people who have left it until the last minute; it happens every year.
