    ya...scary as ****...was sore for a few weeks after it...and it was a minor enough crash

    I guess? He has it, there seems to be everything on it. We don't watch it much though, maybe a movie on a Sunday morning but neither of us are into TVs. I watch about an hour of it a week.


    Edit: yeah I'd leave earlier for work if there was frost. There's heavy frost tonight so drive safe in the morning.

    I don't sleep on the side the door is on, and I twist and turn all night so I never wake up facing the same direction.

    No but tend not to have them at dinner...only breakfast and lunch.

    eat much the same and its actuallu embarrassingly bad...a lot of white bread and potatoes:mad:...I do be caught for tome to make salads etc
    though im ment to be seeing a nutrtionlist before xmas (all going well and I don't chicken out) to make a proper go of this getting fit craic!!



    should I take a half day Thursday...(have Friday and Monday off:P:P:P)
