    I don't know what your septum is but go for it. Yesterday I found out what a spleen was for. AH is really an educational experience.

    I once told a girl that stank in college to take a shower, accidentally though. I didn't mean for it to come out of my mouth. So I'd have to go with tell them.

    I'd find it difficult to say it to someone who wasn't close to me but if it was someone close to me I would tell them. Hopefully tactfully!
