Student Finances within the EU?

    I'm going to uni in the Netherlands in September. I want to know if I can get either the Student Grant from SUSI or the Back To Education Allowance (BTEA) for courses outside of Ireland?

    Note: The course is a progression of what I previously did (Level 5) so in that regard I qualify for BTEA.
