Hey,

After giving away Castle Crashers for free I am now going to have possibly 10 copies of Terraria for free using the same methods as before...

In order to qualify you must be fit for the following...

Have a few years boards experience
You must be fit to trade and send trade offers
You r first steam purchase must be over 1 month ago
Reliable members only please

You will have to send me a trade offer for a 4 pack I will accept then you trade offer me them back... First 10 that qualify and post link to their steam profile get the copies..


Leave your steam link here so I can then add you and explain what you will have to do... Won't be fit to trade for a few hours however as need to use mates laptop...

Also will add the other people.. Please make sure you all meet the requirements as if you don't the copies will become untradeable and I will be out of pocket... Usually if you can buy and sell off the market they come back ok... But your first steam purchase must be before 1 month ago

When I have the packs they will be in my inventory... You can go to my profile to the right of where you would add someone there is a drop down menu where you can select "Offer a trade"... You send me an offer for one of the 4 packs (most likely it will be me sending you the offer if your inventory is public)... Then I or you accept the trade... You add the game from your inventory to your library... Then you send me a trade offer from my page returning the 3 spares...

I go to the trade offer on the notification menu.
I click the trade.
I see "Your Inventory" and "Their Inventory" on the left, and "Your Items" and "Cartman91's Items" on the right, and Terraria is one of yours.

What do I pick to trade with? If I just Accept Trade, it barfs with an error (unable to trade).

don't forget to check the "confirm trade items" box.. (under your empty items box)..

I'm away for a long weekend and won't have access to a PC.

In the interest of fairness, I'll decline the offer and the next in line can take it.

Yeah your suppose to just accept trade, but steam being steam is always full of random ass errors... So maybe I will resend the trade, it could be possible that I offered you a 4 pack that was given to another member but I am unsure... I will try to resend trade in a bit anyways

Wow you didn't get a 7 day lock for that :eek: .. I get locks left right and centre... Every time I login from a new device I get hit with one... Hence why I can't send trades at home as I am locked out of all devices for trading which sucks...

Yeah its weird some times it will work on a new device and I can trade... Other times it locks me out and allows me to sell all my items on market... Then other times it doesnt let me do anything...

I have been trading games for the past year almost, I started about mid way through the summer sale last year... I buy my copies of games off other users on sale as they can purchase them cheaper... Then off sale I sell them on and make some profit and so on... 4 Packs of Terraria are cheaper than 2 single copies so it makes it better for me to just buy them and let people open for free...

It's complicated stuff took me a long time to get through it all :P ... I basically have put 50euro into steam since last summer sale and get all my games for free along with some money...

Sadly I dont think so as I assume you didn't buy Civilization V from the store... You may have got it free in the green man gaming giveaway or humble bundles... That would put a lock on the 3 spares and I would have to wait 30 days to get them

Oh that's alright.

I got the game feom GameStop do I kinda hoped that counted.

I have 2 or so expansion packs for it as well.

Not to worry I guess.

I wasn't entirely sure how this worked.

Physical copies in GameStop sadly.

But if I buy something from the store would I be eligeable then?

Ahh sadly no needs to be within a month.. So your 1st purchase would have to have been 27th May or before...
