Thread: Lucan - where to feed 60 kids 10pm at night
    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Somebody actually went to the trouble of reading some old threads I posted in and summarizing them. Whoever it was wrote an ''analysis'' opinion piece. And then 'awards' were handed out... LOL

Analysis: The sentiment of the discussion, that spans over 2 days, is negative. The discussion is very engaging and very controversial. The user MYOB, was very engaged. It got people interested in the discussion. We find the discussion interesting and original.

Is somebody actually being paid to write useless reports about meaningless stuff ? What in the actual feck is happening here ? Whos writing ''analysis'' of relatively unimportant threads on forums ? Is this the internet equivalent of unpaid trainspotters ?
Awards: The following users won the first, second and third place as most active and engaging users:
    First Place 1st Place: MYOB
    Second Place 2nd Place: beauf
    Third Place 3rd Place: BeerSteakBirds

I am actually insulted that someone only gave me an award for third place :pac: wtf

I googled my name and discovered that there is a memorial erected in my name in Australia. Plus I have won several medals in athletics and I am an African American.
Only 2 other people in the entire internet under my name. Now the ultimate test.... Google my email address.

    When I Google mine I get as a first link;

    Wibbs
One of the fattest multi-celled organisms on the planet. Wibbs is noted for his friendly nature, up to 4 meter size, and paddle-like flippers. The name 'wibbs' comes from the Taíno, a pre-Columbian people of the Caribbean, meaning "breast".
Put simply, he is a dollop.

So I'm a big tit? Sounds about right, thought I ain't fat. Quite the opposite. There's more meat on a butchers apron than on my bones. Still I can live with "big tit" Fcuk knows what a "dollop" is.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

dollop, a big blob of wobbly "stuff".

It's just generated by a bot. That website crawls through forums and boards, etc and generates summaries. Nothing too sinister.
Omgili (acronym for "Oh My God I Love It") is a vertical search engine that focuses on "many to many" user generated content platforms, such as, forums, discussion groups, answer boards and others.
This crawler based, vertical search engine, scans millions of online discussions worldwide in over 100,000 boards and forums, and is able to differentiate between discussion entities, such as, title, topic, answer and post date.
Users can use Omgili to find consumer opinions, debates, discussions, personal experiences, answers and solutions.

But see below what is quoted. How can a bot understand how to use concepts such as ''engaging'' and ''very controversial'' etc ?
How does it decide that ''sentiment is negative' ?

well it's hardly an accurate summary of the thread in question is it?:pac:
does it sound to you more like something a human would say than a bot??

all internet on the planet passes through 5 specific points across the globe (Google the 5 eyes spy network ;) and every last bit of it is filtered, stored and used when it suits agendas so yes boards is watched and just cos there's loads of nonsense there is a lot of useful info regarding peoples views on subjects and more
