by the way, this is the single greatest thing I have bought for my kitchen!
    google "breville blend active blender"

One of my favs at the mo is the cinnamon roll shake

    2 scoops Vanilla whey

    1/4 tsp vanilla extract

    1/4 tsp cinnamon

    200ml low fat milk

    ice

I bought one of those blend actives aswell about 2 months ago. Serious piece of kit for 30 quid.

by the way I put wheatgrass, flaxseed, water and protein in mine. not too tasty but the articileness of the strawberry flavor overpowers the wheatgrass.

I made the famous boards protein bars & really did *not* like them, so I have been crumbling one portion into the blender with 300ml unsweetened almond milk and half a banana (frozen in slices).

i gave frozen mango, peach, vanilla whey and natural youghurt a whirl this morning, was delish

Think i may order unflavoured whey soon, can't have vanilla in everything.....or can i?

Aldi now stocks frozen mango by the way, as it is impossible to get good fresh mango anywhere in Dublin, or is there somewhere I am not aware of

Been making fruit ones, 60 gram protein powder, 2 bananas, apricot, peach and a nectarine with 400 ml water and some yogurt. Get 2 servings out of it.

I've been making one lately with kale, spinach, avocado, unsweetened almond milk, proteinworks vanilla creme whey and a drop of their strawberry zero syrup to sweeten it up. Damn tasty, looks horrendous though.

This is the one I have most mornings...

    30g spinach
    30g chocolate protein powder
    30g blueberries
    140g banana
    Water

Himself has the same but with raspberries instead of blueberries. Both are delicious.

Just any old porridge oats. They add lots of good carbs and thickness to the smoothy

Asfaik linseeds & flaxseed are the same thing so you can also get them in Lidl - be sure to get the unsweetened variety.

how many days did you have to wait for it to be edible, in my experience - never ripe

Can't recall actually, never had a problem with it not being ripe.

It was probably sitting on my counter top for 1-2 days before I ate it.
