1st Time building a computer seeking advice

    So as I said in the title I am looking to build a computer, primarily for gaming and video editing, and have assembled a collection of parts.

    As am I unfamiliar to building computers, I would appreciate if someone could have a look at the parts I have chosen and tell me if they hold each other back and could be improved.

    1. What is your budget? 600 euro roughly

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Gaming/Video editing

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? Yes

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No

    5. Do you need a monitor? No

    5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? I believe will check 1920x1080

    6. Do you need any of peripherals? No

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Probably not

    Really strange that you are picking these old parts? Not that the I5 you listed is bad, its a good CPU. But older. The Gpu is weak.

    Prices and where you are getting this list from?

    Not so much bad just old, didn't know anywhere still sold them.

    40 Euro over budget. But they're all good quality parts.

    You can take some money off the case and mobo to get it down.

    Do you think I need a CPU Cooler? Can I not just use the one I get from Intel?

    No its not essential. Would be if you were overclocking but you are not.

    The case selected has good cooling and is quiet. you Can pick one up a proper cooler down the line. Say 30 euro for a coolmaster hyper evo.

    Never budgeted for windows. You can pick up legit copies for cheap. A lot of treads on here about that. will save you 70 euro.

    I can recognise which is the CPU and which is the Hard Drive but that is about it. Sorry
