    Hi Guys,

    Okay two very quick questions, first how many calories roughly are there in 100g of sirloin steak and what's the amount of Fat/Carbs/Protein in the same serving? I tried myfitnesspal but was getting wildly varied answers.

    Secondly, I may be completely wrong here, but I think I saw somewhere a long time ago that when you initially clean up your diet and start getting water etc. into you one experiences a fairly big initial weight loss before settling down to normal, consistent weight loss, is this true or am I dreaming?
