Right, so I'm going on a lad's holiday to Spain in little over three weeks and I would love to be reasonably fit for it. Basically I just want a nice body for it. I wouldn't call myself fat but I'm not the most confident about my body. Bearing in mind that I know I won't be absolutely ripped, I want to know if I worked extremely hard for these three weeks working out would I see any results whatsoever or would I just be wasting my time?

You wouldn't be wasting your time working out but it's not going to much in 3 weeks. Look up Lyle McDonald's protein sparing modified fast, it will do the most for you in 3 weeks but I doubt you'd be fit for it. Batten down the hatches, a lot of people on this site don't like doing things the quick way. Keep your progress posted, I'd like to know how you get on if you do it, best of luck.

No exercise is wasting your time! you would be in a better place with 3 weeks of hard work than you would be with 3 weeks of no work!

I say do it, whats the worst case scenario if you go for it?

I lost half a stone exercising and dieting for three weeks. That and feeling better physically and mentally are all the results you need.

Three weeks is plenty of time to make a difference.

    -Exercise
    -Eat healthily
-Cut out bloaty/junky foods and go easy on drinking
    -Work on your posture/confidence
-Buy some suncream and go out and get used to the sun (a bit of colour can really change the look of your body size and muscle definition)

And keep it up when you get back. Exercise is not just for Christmas....( or holidays)
