newborn getting sick

just brought my newborn home from hospital. he gets sick in his crib about an hour after i feed him im afraid hes going to choke - should i stay up all night watching him?

we can not give medical advice here.
All babies sick up milk but please go talk to your public health nurse if you are worried.
