Chile the darkhorses to lay a marker down tonight. Huge price at 1/2 too.

Jesus I wouldn't say they're huge but they should get it done by at least 2.

My worry is if Spain still have the hunger. There's not doubting their quality but that alone doesn't win world cups

I think Spain have eaten all they can. Don't have the hunger.

They'll be playing Brazil in the next round probably.

    Ah Spain ffs.

How quickly Spain capitulated is clear sign that they aren't that interested. They're embarrassed but not interested.

No draw yet, going to keep backing draws until one comes up.

If Spain don't get 6 points in the next two games, I doubt they'll qualify. They're never a team to score that much so they could lose out on a head to head battle.

Probably not the wisest betting strategy, given that a lot of the group games are fairly predictable.

Even if they di get out. No chance. Legs gone. In that heat dont think they can recover.

Ya I see your point. It would probably be a major major surprise if they managed to bounce back and win the whole thing. The champions of these tournaments go through the competition winning nearly all their games and drawing 1 or 2. No one has ever won a tournament with a defeat like that. I don't think they'll qualify from the group and if they do they are facing Brazil so that's as far as they'll go.

Only bright side for Spain is that they have quality on the bench to make improvements, just a question of whether Del Bosque has the cajones to drop the likes of Casillas.

Ya with hindsight he really needed to freshen up the team. Would need 5/6 changes and even if he does no guarantee they would click. Torres should never wear a spain jersey again. What a useless prick.

Spain in a hoop up front, costa clearly dosnt belong and torres is afraid to score. Not great signs elsewhere either, never seen xavi use the ball so poorly and defense a shambles for most of the game.

Drop casillas for chile game, couldnt do any harm to play koke instead of one of the old guard either

Costa doesn't fit into that team, was obvious enough from the off. Torres might start the next game, he'd hold it up and bring the other midfielders into it

De Gea, Koke, Fabregas and Villa ahead of Torres would make a difference. Maybe even Martinez at the back too. They've options and little to lose by making wholesale changes after that performance.

Agree they kind of have no choice but to try. Might not work though. so many changes would pose there own difficulties.

You were made sweat a bit more than you thought for that money.

Good game. Very open. Both teams looked wrecked for most of the game.

Greece at a price for me today. Might wait until they get a bit bigger than 4's before having a bet. They have a mean defence and are hard to break down, Columbia are a very good side but obviously not having their star man weakens them a bit.

Like Atletico Madrid this season, Columbia might be a better team and play better overall without Falcao. Can definitely see Greece nicking a goal against them but I'd expect Columbia to beat them.

    Wahey!
    I'm scooped up in letterkenny.

Had a wee bet on Greece thereafter they went out nil down. A bit of interest!
