That's the one I have. I have it about 18 months and it's a great little machine.

Is it worth spending the extra for this one?

    http://www.argos.ie/static/Product/partNumber/1577941/c_1/1%7Ccategory_root%7CGarden+and+DIY%7C14418702/c_2/3%7Ccat_19285823%7CPressure+washers%7C14418805.htm

brings the flow rate from 310litres an hour to 440. Roughly a 40% increase (plus storage for the cables if tight for space, but unlikely to spend extra just for that)

cable reel is useless unless you're o.c.d as you have to disconnect the hose to coil it up

    Thanks.
Thought it would be handy when stored for few months at time in the off season.

Would the extra flow rate make a big difference?

Can these be fitted to water butt taps?

Just bought the Titan 120, very impressed. Does a great job on scummy patio grime. Quieter and more powerful than the Karcher it replaced.

Cheers, picked up the last one in Homebase Killarney. There was a similar model on yesterdays lightning deals on Amazon but they wouldn't ship to Ireland. This will do nicely!

Feck. Reserved the last one of these from Argos in Dun Laoghaire but the mammy doesn't want it. PM me if anyone wants the reservation number.

+1 for this. Have it nearly 2 years and still like new after 100s of car and house washes.

Just make sure to keep it warm during icey winters and get yourself a good long hose and reel.

    Really good deal this.

Forgive my cluelessness but how do these things work?

If water is coming in via a hose then what happens if you're not spraying it out the other side with the button on the handle?

    Motor/pump switches off.

I have one. Very handy and has decent power. Haven't used it a great deal but no complaints.

So if the water isn't switched off at the tap then what will happen?
Does it come out of the power washer?

No, it just does what your tap does when it's closed. It sits, and waits.

Aldi have 30m hoses for 10 quid this week. Perfect.

The Argos model mentioned here is the C110.2 which according to the Nilfisk website has been discontinued.

Amazon have the newer model C110.4 for around the same price. It is out-of-stock at the moment but will be available on June 26th. You can order now though. Would it be worth waiting for this?

The Argos model C110.2 which has 100 bar maximum pressure and 310 litres/hour for €69.99.

The model C110 4-5 on Amazon works out at around €75 but has 110 bar pressure with 440 litres per hour water flow.

I think this Argos pressure washer is the discontinued model C110.2 which has 100 bar maximum pressure and 310 litres/hour for €69.99.

The entry level model C110 4-5 on Amazon works out at around €75 but has 110 bar pressure with 440 litres per hour water flow.

Are there newer models coming available on the 26th?

Sorry confusion in my post - I'll re-edit it.

No what I mean is that according to the Nilfisk website the Argos model C110.2 mentoned here has been discontinued.

The equivalent model C110.4 (the newer version) on Amazon is not in stock at the moment but will be available on June 26th. (Though it can be ordered now.) This has higher pressure and water per hour than the Argos offer for practically the same price.

It might be a better option for some people.

its another one of those can't ship to Ireland products!! And dont suggest parcel motel. Im still recovering from my 35eur oversized delivery for an extendable mop handle. (who'd have thought they'd have shipped it partially extended in a box the size of my desk )

I ordered one earlier today through Amazon with free delivery. No Parcel Motel needed. Anyone can order this product through Amazon. It is still available.

The Nilfisk pressure washer shown on the Amazon link above is through a 3rd party seller. This transaction would need PM.

Amazon don't have the product in stock at the moment. Over on the right of the page, the product is listed by Amazon. If you highlight this option they say the product will be in stock on June 26th. Select 'Add to Basket' to purchase product now. I have an estimated delivery date of July 3rd.

Just picked up one of these power washers in Limerick. I used it on my manky patio. It came up a treat. Thanks for the great post

Reserved and picked up a 25m Hozelock hose and reel with accessories for €18 (€16.20 with my AXA card:)) today in Halfords Kilkenny. Not much stock but I think there were some left in Carlow. These are currently reduced in Woodies to €29 and are €49 in Argos. Goes perfect with the Nilfisk Centennial picked up in Killarney yesterday!

The garden hose won't be strong enough. It needs to be a pressure washer hose

Wouldn't have thought it would have made a difference on the feed side of the power washer?!

A garden hose is fine for the feed, been using one for years.

I got Nilfisk 125 bars bought 3yrs ago still going fine. All nilfisk washers have full aluminum pump where karcher only from K4 and up (all lover numbers have plastik pump), so pump will live much longer. But if you want to buy washer always go for stronger one even if he have less attachments in box, some of them you never gona use.

With Parcel Motel you set up and account which gives you a designated address at their depot up north. You use that address as the "ship to" address for the item you are buying from the UK. Parcel Motel then forward it on to your nearest collection depot for a fee.

I think the OP was wondering how you got it delivered to NI as the site states delivery is to mainland UK only which usually excludes NI but obviously not in this case

Ah right, my mistake. I ordered mine yesterday and it's still at the "processing" stage. Will report back if they dispatch it.
