Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hamilton Khaki sold within 5 minutes to a boardsie. :)

Great that it went to one of our own who will enjoy the watch and not to one of the many traders on Adverts. :D

I am the very happy owner of said Khaki - a pleasure doing business with @HDMI. Top class comms and a no fuss transaction.

    Hi All

At the risk of being chased out of this thread for being a heretic, can I draw your attention to my new ad on Adverts for the above?

This smartwatch really does bear the closest resemblance to a traditional chronograph and what makes it almost unique amongst the other smartwatches is that you can swap out the leather strap for any standard 22mm steel bracelet.

    Here is the link:

    http://www.adverts.ie/sports/lg-watch-urbane-android-wear-smartwatch/8447634

    Thanks in advance for looking.

And verily it did come to pass that Austin1 was felt wanting and lo was seen as a heretic and excommunicated. Oh wait… That's a damned funky cool looking watch. Dammit! You've started a reformation. :) Good price too. Good luck avec sale Sir.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

    Hello all,

Just letting you know I'm selling a 2 year old Steinhart Military Automatic Black in very good condition on adverts for €300 if anybody has any interest.

I have a very good quality Parnis which I'm not wearing and so offer here for sale:

    2hrelue.jpg

The watch is completely unmarked, black PVD case with striking blue applied indices, power reserve and sub-second dial.

I've fitted a new leather strap which as you may see from pics linked below is also unmarked.

I mainly wore this as a dress watch to work with a view to not caring if it got hit/marked etc but thankfully (sale-wise) it has remained perfect

It costs about 85 euros (with the original horrible strap) so I'd be hoping for 60 euros.

Rather than clutter the thread, links to further photos here:

    https://www.filepicker.io/api/file/QGZMvrVmT2CNi9aiLLdN/convert?w=450&h=450

It is in perfect condition, with box, charger etc and I'll also let that go here for €60.

I never got over the 50 posts.

From the TZ Post, Poster is a guy called burton, you can PM him if needed

Due to an over sight on my part the watch is now back in my possession and is currently away having the issue of the lose bezel corrected which seems to be due to the having the glass fitted.

Anyway this watch will be back up for sale so this is a heads up in case anyone is interested.

    £230 Inc RMSD

I could also be open to trades, vintage stuff is taking my fancy since having the Memostar on my wrist

Anyone interested in a 20mm Di-Modell Rallye strap?

Perfect strap for an Omega Speedmaster.

I paid €30 for it + extra for shipping and only wore it 4 or 5 times, it's curved from sitting in watchbox when watch was not been worn. Selling because I no longer have any 20mm watches.

    Strap length is 115mm x 80mm.

    100m waterproof

Will let it go to a boardsie for €15 + postage.

    Hi there

If no one takes it in the meantime, I would be interested in sticking it on my Heuer Carrera, I'm saving the original strap and signed buckle.
However the watch isn't with me, I won't be able to measure the lugs until Saturday. Unless someone here knows off hand the lug width on a carrera..

Basically, if it fits, and it isn't sold by then, Ill buy it. I'm based in Dublin city centre or D4, could meet you somewhere or whatever suited..

    No problem Ted.

These are a really nice strap and good quality, beats paying Tag money for one of their rally straps.

    Hi HDMI,

If you feel obliged to accept Ted's offer then no worries. If not I'll take it for asking now. I'm going to go rogue and put it on my seamaster instead of a speedy as I'm after a black leather for mine.

    Cheers

    Hi lads
I did a spot of digging on the net, it appears the H Carrera is 18mm lug width, so I guess it won't work there. ( always assuming my research is correct, )
I do have other watches with the magic 20mm though, so I would still be interested.
Tell you what so, I'll leave it with you guys, if Sparrowcar doesn't work out Ill still deffo take it, hows that
    cheers all

Actually has anyone ever 'jammed' a 20mm strap into an 18mm space?
Is the idea of trimming a bit off each side just silly?

2mm is too much, 1mm you can fit a bigger strap but not 2mm
