    Anytime I've had a bad meal I've complained to management, usually follow up with a letter and invariably get my money back. A bad meal shouldn't be tolerated so I'm assuming you did all these things rather than just meekly pay the bill and then come swiftly on to AH to moan about it?

    Agree with you, but you cannot name a restaurant
    On boards because thier may
    Be many reasons behind it.

    Like someone that worked for them and got the sack and came on here to put them down.
