    Hi Everyone,

    I've recently just joined Slimming World and I'm struggling at it. At my first weigh in, I was 12,2.5 and after the first week, I put on 0.5lbs. For some reason, I just can't seem to get it right. I'm due to weigh in tomorrow, and I can feel myself heavier from starting the program.

    Does anyone have any tips? I just can't get my head around the sheer volume of food I'm being advised to eat. I'm walking and doing exercise at home too.
