    Hi,

I need a TDC3 controller checked or recommissioned. Following a short circuit in the pump, and a blown fuse in the controller, the controller reset and now no longer activates the pump, although it takes readings and indicates the pump is (should be) in operation. I wonder if you know of anyone in Ireland who commissions these systems?

    many thanks

    Mark

    Mark,

Just a couple of questions which may point you in the right direction:

    1. Are you able to set-up/program the controller?
    2. If you are, can you determine whether you have voltage out to the pump when the system indicates that the pump should be running? If you have, then you most liikely have a faulty pump.
    3. If you do not have voltage at the relay 1, then you could always re-program the circulation pump to operate from relay 2 and use that instead.

    Mike.
