I'm aware there is a podcast forum on Boards but it doesn't seem like the most active of places so I thought this would be a more suitable forum. Mods can move there if needs be.

Basically, I'm wondering if there are any good podcasts on diet/nutrition/exercise etc. I have dropped from 19 stone to just over 14 in the last 14 months (look at me  ) so I think I have a decent grasp on the rights and wrongs of nutrition and exercise etc. but I'd always like to know more.

I enjoy the inspirational side of things too (highly dependent on the person giving the advice of course!!) and gives me good encouragement to get to the gym and continue what I've started.

Any podcasts/web series etc. tips would be great.

    Mick.

Jesus that's some going. You could probably do a podcast yourself.

No bother- I'd start with vinnie tortorich- lots of excellent interviews with a variety of people including many from the science world.
