If the body can't digest the protein in raw eggs, is there any point in eating them?

OP is possibly referring to the digestibility of the protein from cooked egg being higher.

Salmonella. Don't eat raw eggs. They're nutritionally inferior to cooked eggs.

I can't remember exact figures but digestibility of raw egg protein is something like 60% vs 90% when it's cooked. So stop wasting the good stuff, give it a quick round in the frying pan and enjoy. Yolk is better eaten raw btw.

They make for very efficient protein shakes. Lob two in a shake with coca powder and milk. It's very nice.

It has to be organic otherwise they're rank.

There is no point, unless you just can't be arsed cooking them and want some eggs.
