hi can anyone reccommend some body weight exercises, to fresen up my circuit training, i like to do a circuit workout along with running and weights two or three times a week, the circuit i'm doing at the moment, is 30 second of . pullups, pressups , free squats, leg raise, punchbag, skipping, and planks. i set the timer to beep after 30 seconds going straight from one exercise to the next with no rest, after4 circuits of this you get a great cardio workout, but i'm looking for a few different exercises to mix in to freshen things up thanks for any advice

That's all very well, but you need to make sure to structure it correctly to allow muscle groups a chance to recover.
Eg upper body push, lower body pull, core, upper body pull lower body push, core
