He was in his second year of arts and dropped out of UL last November and notified NUIG he would be transferring as they have a transfer programme which means he can start NUIG in second year. Hi, my friend is transferring colleges this year. I was just wondering if anyone here has any experience in this area and could tell me how to go about transferring? We've tried going online and filling out the necessary forms but there seems to be problems in gettin his past exam transcripts from UL. Any advice or help would be appreciated! Thanks
