Tractor Registration in Westport?

Hi i'm looking ofr a bit of Information rgds the above Bought a tractor in the UK of a dealer, I want to change it to irish plates and get it taxed etc... i'm told the place to go is in Westport, has anybody an idea of the name/ phone number of the office

Isn't that done through the NCT centres now? On the Lodge Road, just beside the Co-op.

It is for other vehicles so I presume it is the same.
