Hi all, trying to clear the last of my airsoft gear and this needs to go.

King Arms Colt M4A1 AEG (Roughly 250fps) (Original box inc.) - €180:

Bought September 2012 from AirsoftEire. This AEG is still in excellent condition. The only minor wear is near the charging handle, due to the bolt-lock feature found on this AEG.

Internally, the hop-up has a Element H-Hop Nub and Madbull Blue. Gearbox, SHS spring guide, standard spring, SHS piston, Military Action piston head, A.P.S. Stainless Steel Cylinder (Full), Element aluminium cylinder head and 20 AWG wire. The wiring, piston, piston head and cylinder head are brand new.
However, there are no battery connectors, which have to be soldered on (Can include x2 pairs of XT60 connectors).

Also, comes with a DBoys R.I.S., foregrip, carry handle and one Classic Army hi-cap and a Magpul ASAP. No battery and charger is included.

Possibly could. Do you have any photos of the Bar-10?

The receiver is indeed metal. Original King Arms gears and motor are fitted (Wires connecting to the motor are soldered though).

That's a really nice Bar-10.Looks almost like the TM version with the polished outer barrel.

Can he scopeshade still be screwed on, or would I need high scope rings for it to fit?

Thanks mate took quite a while to polish that barrel lol, and the scopeshade was custom, just an empty silicone tube that i taped on with electrical tape, i can put the gun back to a normal hop up mech and re affix the scope shade if wanted?

Your welcome :) . I've heard positive things about the TDC mod so it should be grand. If I'm interested, I'll sort that out somehow.

I'll wait till Fridays anyways to see more pics of the Bar-10 and we see what happens from there.

Yeah the tdc mod makes it so much easier to fine tune imo, and can i see more pics of the m4?

There's a few on this old thread I had, but if you want a specific picture of the AEG, just name which part and I'll upload some photos for you tomorrow.

Is it the carbine length or cqb length? And you wouldnt happen to still have the 552? Scratch that just went through the thread lol

It's the carbine length, never like the CQB barrel on a M4 :P . That 552 has been sold for a while now, but a friend of mine is selling some gear and lucky enough he has one. I could ask him and see how much he'll part for it?

Ah good im not a fan of the cqb length:) and yeah do but im not really planning to spend any cash if we do the deal as covering postage if fairly expensive:( unless you can collect, but do ask all the same

I'll send him a message now on FB and reply back to you in the evening to see what he says. Cavan and Mayo aren't far apart, only trouble is really organizing a lift :( Or is there a possibility of meeting half-way? If it's a no go, postage it is.

Cheers mate, and ive no way of getting a lift what so ever:/ courier would be the cheapest way really, but if we do come to a deal i can send you a vid of the gun working on fb if needed, i also have a tub of spares incl hop up rubbers, hop up unit parts, like 3 trigger mechs that ill throw in if you get me a good deal on the eotech:P

Cheers, I'll see what I can do :) . Just when you mentioned about the gun working, I should have stated that the trigger may not go full way on semi, but working 100% on auto (Been a month or two since I've checked the AEG...) When returned to semi, goes full-way for a couple of shots. I may have placed something wrong when re-assembling the gearbox the last time, but if you're a pro at disassembling AEG's, you'll be able to fix it no bother.

EDIT: Other than that, battery connectors and the AEG is good to go. I can also send a video if you like.

Good, I was never the best with AEG's, always loved the bolt-actions (I still regret the day I sold my TM G-Spec :D ). It's back wired with 20 AWG.

I could also include a good bit of 20 AWG (Black and red) and three pairs of XT60's if you want?

Sound, I'll include the XT60's anyways if you want them for the RC Cars :) . Standard LE stock that you find on M4's.

Also, got a reply back from my friend, but he had second thoughts and he's keeping the 552, sorry. :(

Ah cheers:P been meaning to buy more anyway:) and no worries, and where does the battery go? Does the front rail split in half like a standard handgrip?

Your welcome. My plan was to purchase a LiPo and have it in the buffer tube, but due to money reasons, I just bought a battery pouch to be velcroed on the LE stock and had he battery there.

The R.I.S. is a DBoys. It indeed splits and I would say a LiPo could fit (If that's what you're planning).

I'm pretty much set on a deal as well. I can't really think of anything to ask now but if something comes up, I'll ask either here or on your thread.

If you want any pictures or videos of the AEG, just let me know and I'll get them for you.

A few pics of the full gun would be great, i wont need a video as i dont mind if its not fully working as long as its all there and functions, and trust me the g spec is a dream to fire, i have to reccomend to use .25g king arms as they are by far the most accurate in the gun that ive tested, ill also stick in a bottle of 2000 to add to the deal:P

Looks grand to me, although, could the adjuster for the TDC be replaced with something similar with a M2-M4 screw? - screw01.jpg

Forgot to ask as well, is the inner barrel the standard length or does it extend into the silencer?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,342 ✭✭✭matty1994

yes the tdc screw can be replaced with whatever screw fits, i just have the screw i have for ease of adjustment, and its a 300mm 6.01 stainless steel tbb, its the standard length and doesnt extend into the silencer

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 177 ✭✭IXIKALIMAIXI

That's grand then, I'd like to try something similar and make a scopeshade for the scope. I'm set on a deal anyways if you're happy?
