I know someone who is interested in getting a hive. He is thinking of setting up a bee hive of up to 60,000 bees. Would you like to live next door to a hive? I live next door to a guy who keeps bees. I rarely see a bee in or around the house.
It is a very personal thing.

No (I am totally against living next to a hive)
I have been trying to get my folks to get a hive for ages (big garden in the country). I think bees are amazing. And without them we would all be dead. There is nothing as lovely as a garden full of happy, industrious bees.
