Here is a very interesting, albeit very very depressing documentary that covers the civil defence in Aleppo, Syria. Thought i'd share, it's mostly about the civil defence people.

**WARNING** Graphic content, not for the quesy.

The documentary is about the war torn city, it covers the militants and the civil defence operating in the city, they spend their days waiting for a bomb to land and then drive out to the blast site to dig for survivors/bodies.
