Shauns T25 Workout - what you think

Just wondering if any of you have tried this and what you thought of it?
Its only 25 mins per day but its intense, thinking of maybe giving it a try???

It's tough... if you only started keep going.
Once you get to Gamma you'll be begging for 25 min to end
Personally I have amazing results, you can see the difference in two weeks.
Good diet is vital, make sure you eat enough and rest if /when feeling tired

Well that's a good review of it for def. Thanks, I got day one of it to try tomorrow, will see how I get on and what I think of it.

Yes I have the set, I don't use it though, as am totally lazy. But Ive done a good few of the workouts and the 25 mins is intense and I say would most definitely yield results if you aren't eating too much. I love that its a different workout each day.

Where is the best place to buy this from?

It's expensive, I'm just keeping an eye out on different sites for best place and best price. If I see one or get one at a good price, Ill let you know;)
