My friend told me I should be trying to eat foods that are friendly to my blood group. I never heard this before and I am in my forties. Is this true or false?

I read that book about 15 years ago. I followed a diet for my blood type and it didn't make any difference to anything. It was just another way for me to obsess about food. Hope this helps

I've never heard of this and I haven't a clue how it might work.
Is there any explanation for it?

I've no doubt of that, I was just hoping to be entertained by some hairbrained Gillian McKeith style meanderings. :)

I'm quite surprised it's been nearly 2 days and noone's arrived to start shouting at people for being closed minded for expecting evidence.
