Completing the above two workouts on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. With either a 5k run or a hour mountain biking on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

I''ve limited of 60kgs of Dumbells a reclining bench and a workout mat. Any other suggestions of exercises I should be doing? Or indeed other (cheap) equipment I should add to my collection?

I seriously doubt anyone is going to watch an hour of youtube videos to see what the workout you're talking about is. Write it in text form.

    Good point!

    Here's the dumbell workout.

    Standing DB curl -- 3 sets/12 reps
Standing overhead DB press- 3 sets/ 12 reps
    Bent over DB rows -- 3 sets/ 12 reps
Flat Bench DB press 3 sets/ 12 reps
    DB squats -- 3 sets/ 12 reps
DB tricep supine (skull crushers) -- 3 sets/ 12 reps
    Standing DB Side Raise -- 3 sets/ 12 reps
    DB twist curls -- 3 sets/ 12 reps
    DB lunges- 3 sets/ 12 reps
Incline Bench DB press- 3 sets/ 12 reps
One are triceps extension- 3 sets/ 12 reps
Lawnmowers (one arm rows)- 3 sets/ 12 reps

Both the run and the Mountain biking would be on off road trails, not sure about some of the gradients but from past experience they're the type that you need to pull a truck up with a Bulldozer for it to make it to the top so it's a fair leg workout.

In before people give out to you for not giving enough information

What's your goals? Current body comp?

Current body form is 75kg 5'11'' 27yo male. I'd allways have considered myself thin but I would have been reasonably strong (arm wise at least) due to a physically active job. But I've mostly lost that due to taking a desk job the last two years.

I'd know my core strength would be very low though so I'd like to change that I guess my goals would be a more toned upper body.

    Here's where I'm at I guess a picture paints a thousand words

If you can handle the volume then it's fine, I'd probably lower the rep range to 6-10 for most though.

Have you no access to a gym?
