    Breakfast. 2 weetabix with greek yogurt
    Snack. Banana
    Lunch. Mug shot (tomato&herb) and 4 ryvita
    Snack. Apple
    Dinner. Breast chicken. Rice. Pepper and onion
    Evening. Coffee and dark chocolate

    1 hrs cardio

    Is my food bad?

    Lots of carbs. Could you add more protein and fat?

    Is the greek yoghurt full fat or greek style zero fat stuff?

    No green veg, nuts etc


    Lot of sugar with the fruit

    Suggestions:

    Breakfast: Porridge with banana (green) berries/honey or bacon and eggs
    Snack: Nuts
    Lunch: Soup and salad
    Snack: Nuts/rice cakes with honey?
    Dinner is ok but boring
