Not Sore After Workouts

As stated in the title. I'm not sore after workouts. I've had two so far after a while away from the gym and I expect to be sore. My workouts consist of high weight low reps so I'm wondering is it this? Or am I not pushing myself enough. Thanks

It's very subjective but Push harder next time and see.

How may sets and reps are you talking about.

I'm only getting back into the swing of it. It's Rippetoes (however it's spelt) starting strength so usually 3 sets of 5 reps and only 3 exercises so heavy weight for myself!

I envy you!! Stick at it. The markers for Starting Strength are good form on the exercises and your ability to keep adding weight to the bar. The longer you go without post workout doms the better imo!!
