Defer payment of fees

Doing a masters at the moment in UL. Can I defer payment of my second semester fees for a year does anybody know? I don't mind if I don't receive my piece of paper and graduate until the next year. Just can't afford them at the minute as I want to go to Australia where I could generate the funds there to pay for the fees.

I'd advise talking to the fees office ASAP about it. They do seem to work with students who have difficulty paying.
