Feck it is a bit Joey Goebbels alright.

    Catchy jingle? Check
    Scapegoat? Check
    Cross sections of society? Check

One would hope that the British electorate are able to spot it for what it is

BNP are a shower of racists.

    Vote UKIP.

    I like Farage

He's quite the character. The impact he has had on the party is impressive.

Scary all right. Seems like the other British parties are just turning a blind eye to the issues raised in the vid, so unlikely anything will be done about them.

It says it was banned by BBC1, yet you saw it aired on it?

'Set OUR people free' I think they're forgetting about the numbers of Black/Pakistani/Indian origin people that are born and bred English citizens and many of whom are Muslims etc. It's quite shocking the numbers of people who are voting for these scumbags though.

They should enter that in the Eurovision next year.

I don't think they're so keen on Europe.

Ah, the BNP.. so proud of Britain's colonial past yet so angry that the chickens have come home to roost.

    Bunch of flippin' tools.

How are they turning a blind eye to it? Britain already has some of the most stringent and draconian immigration rules in Europe.

Yeah it was aired at 6.55pm this evening. it has a censor beep and image in some parts.

Aren't these the ones who think that anyone non white, even people born and raised in Britain for generations, should be sent back to 'where they came from'?

    Yep..just checked their policies.
    - Offer generous grants to those of foreign descent resident here who wish to leave permanently
    ;

Yes I'm sure there will be queues of people lining up to be sent 'back'

Yep. I know some nice, normal English people, the kind of people who would never put up with racism, who are voting for them. I think it's just a standard thing that happens when money's tight and the economy is in the toilet. People want someone to blame and there will always be racists with an agenda giving them an easy target to blame. It's hard to believe these groups still exist.

Really? They can't be that nice! Why would a non racist vote for a party whose main policies are based around blatant racism?

Because maybe they want to benefit from blatant racism in getting jobs, housing, services etc?

It's just a bizarre thing. Honestly, they are lovely people who wouldn't stand by and watch racial abuse. I can't fathom it really.

    Fear, probably.
History has shown us that it's amazing what "nice" people can do if they are afraid.

Bunch of loons, UKIP are away with fairies as well. Not surprised they used a cartoon, British Labour used them throughout their tenure, all part of the dumbing-down.

I fail to see the point in trying to silence these people.

If Britain was a true democracy this would be discussed out in the open

If I were british I'd vote UKIP.

Part of the reason for that is that the labour party, the lib dems and the tories have achieved noting of note in government for decades

Talk to a UKIP canvasser, they're quite deluded. They even promise they'll reverse the smoking ban.

I am so so so glad that we have nothing like this in Ireland (closest I've seen is some threads on here :P), and long may it continue to be so.

I'm a smoker too but after telling all the bar staff you're bringing a ban in to prevent them dying from secondary smoke they'd sue like mad if it was reversed.

    UKIP are primarily anti-EU.

I thought we were talking about the BNP not UKIP:confused:

BNP are the British Nationalist Party, a delightfully charming bunch of xenophobes who don't seem to have much of a following.

UKIP are the United Kingdom Independence Party, a primarily Euro-skeptic party who seem to be enjoying a rise in support not too dissimilar to what Sinn Fein are enjoying here.

I find Farage more appealing as a party leader than Clegg, Cameron and Miliband.

Three politicians who wouldn't express an opinion if their lives depended on it. For all his faults I'd pick him over the other three any day.

Why ban their ads then? If they have little or no support then why silence them in this way?

The guy wot I was responding to was responding to a guy who said something about UKIP.

Edit : maybe not. I dunno. There was a lot of talk about UKIP in the general area.
