Adwords Click to Call Extensions. Low traffic

Howdee,

Just checking on a campaign and the same issue arises again and again. I haven't had much joy from Google to date, but am on to them again.

Looking at a campaign over the last 30 days, I filtered the ad traffic:

Mobiles - 467 clicks 17511 impressions
Tablets - 223 clicks 7576 impressions
Computers - 920 clicks 37042 impressions

However, when I look at the call extension setting, traffic for 30 days on the phone number is only:

53 clicks 1390 impressions

Something obviously wrong here.

I looked at the settings, and "all devices" has been selected.

Client keeps getting in touch saying they can see the competitors' click to call button when they search on mobile, but don't see their own....
