We're trying to find this book but can't see it anywhere. It's completely out of stock and is unlikely to be back in.

It's the Rapid Revision one, higher level.

Could someone lend it to us for say 2-3 hours so that we could make a copy of it? Will drop it pack promptly. Needs must......
