Levels of Care

Looking for carers in the Leixlip area but not sure who to contact. HSE have assessed my father but can only offer minimum hours per week. He can manage to get onto a walking frame but needs assistance in the bathroom. Is this rated as 'high dependency' & what level of care (qualifications etc.) should I be looking for in a carer?
    Thanks for any help.

No This wouldnt be considered high dependency care atal. It would be what is called personal care and most home helps would have no problem doing it.

Cheers for that Lulu1, I have to get to grips with the terminology when contacting agencies for help.
