Quick question about using home whitening trays from dentist

Hi all, QQ- my dentist gave me custom-made trays with Zoom DayWhite 9.5% gel. I am to wear them for up to an hour per session for 10 days. QQ- is it OK to do 2 whitening sessions back to back? for example while watching a movie etc? Thanks
