So I just bought this monitor on a whim and I knew it was unboxed but didn't realize it was second hand/B grade and have heard bad things from around the net. Has anyone had any experience with this??

    :(

EDIT : So I had a look back over my order history and the unique attributes are: Ausstellungsstück • Verpackung: geöffnet • Verpackung: Fremdaufkleber

    Which translates to
    Exhibit • Packaging: open • Packaging:Company Sticker

I should be fine I think? Will update when I get the piece.

My experience of products like these (from working in a bricks and mortar computer shop) is that the product either had damaged packaging or had been returned by a customer as faulty but determined not to be. Shouldn't be a problem and you're still covered if there's a fault.

That does make me feel a bit better alright, I've seen that hardwareversand are pretty solid with returns (but can be a pain to get in contact with!)
So should I just roll with it until it comes?

I know a lot of people here buy from there so I thought I'd come here rather than go through their supposedly awful support system.

Just a quick update, gave them a call today about a number of things and whilst on they told me I had 2 years warranty with the monitor and could return it within 14 days. Like any other product. The whole build is on the way now! Happy out!
