    I remember when she appeared on Graham Norton for the first time and smashed it with a live performance of 'Inside Out'. Her subsequent interview in the presence of stars confirmed her brilliant genuine personality. As someone said earlier how could you dislike her.

    I'm not mad about her hairstyle but it's almost a trademark now so I doubt she'll change it.
