    Has anyone seen this? Do you have any thoughts?

    Back to the gym tonight, first time in over a year, its either this or Starting Strength!

    Day 1:
    3x5 Overhead Press / Bench Press (alternating between weeks)
    3x5 Chin ups / Barbell Row (alternating)
    3x5 Squats

    Day 2:
    3x5 Overhead Press / Bench Press (alternating)
    3x5 Chin ups / Barbell Row (alternating)
    1x5 Deadlifts

    Day 3:
    3x5 Overhead Press / Bench Press (alternating)
    3x5 Chin ups / Barbell Row (alternating)
    3x5 Squats

    Last set AMRAP

    + 2.5lbs on upper body per session

    + 5lbs on lower body per session

    Was talking to COH about this and he said he loves it. Just making the last set as "as many as you can get" set.

    I like greyskull - I use it as a base template for clients I don't see too often. Johnny recommends a lot of neck harness work but I sub in more upper back/direct trap work.

    Day 1 - I like doing a few tricep/rear delt isolation superset
    Day 2 - same with bicep/rear delt.

    Just because who doesn't want bigger arms.

    I have an excel spreadsheet for it if you want I'll email it to you if you PM me your address.

    which sounds really like a lets warm up a bit and do a hardgainer/HIT set to finish

    Yah I think he was saying he likes to just add weight to the bar each week until it ends up as a legit hard 3x5 or whatever effort.

    Makes a lot of sense for beginners I think - some practice/skill work, and then some real work :)
