Should be comfortable for Arsenal. They're on track to getting their best players back to full fitness and need a win. Newcastle have been safe for a long time and have packed up for the season.

It's a good time to be playing the team with the worst form in the league. I will be disappointed if we didn't trounce them and improve on our goal difference:

Haven't you heard? Tony Pulis is the greatest manager to ever grace the Premier League world football. I wouldn't be surprised if he took over at United.

Sarcasm would be appropriate if they weren't looking so good lately. As it is, it's stupid not to give them credit for their excellent run.

Ah, don't get me wrong, I think they've done brilliantly to get where they are, but I suppose I'm just a bit tired of all the fawning over Pulis.

    Anyway, OT.

Should be a good win for the gunners. Newcastle are on holiday.

    I'll have this ready.

Arsenal can score as many as they like really. We are ****ing atrocious.

    4-0 Arsenal.

Expect Giroud to suddenly look like the greatest striker in the world and anyone else who's out of form for Arsenal to suddenly 'return to form'.

Can't see anything past an Arsenal win tonight! Alan Pardew back after a seven game ban! Vermaelen is back in the Arsenal squad and may feature tonight. Newcastle are without two of their strikers due to injury, Papiss Cisse (knee) and Luuk de Jong (ankle). No Ben Arfa as he's been omitted from the travelling squad.

    3-0 Arsenal

    7-0 to the Nal.

Hoping for a Newcastle win

We need Arsenal to be engaged and needing points against Norwich on the last day to secure 4th spot, if not they'll play a weakened side ahead of the cup final and Norwich will likely get something from the game.

I do think Arsenal will win comfortably though. They need the points, Newcastle are safe and have been on the beach for a long time at this stage.

Really looking forward to seeing Ramsey tonight.

    Should be great!

Jesus, the state of that Newcastle lineup. Those players on form would struggle at the Emirates. I think I'll head to the cinema instead..

    Szcz
    Sagna---Mertesacker---Koscileny--Monreal
    Ramsey
    Arteta
    Rosicky
    Ozil
    Podolski
    Giroud

Cazorla has played a lot of game, he needs a rest imo.

Flamini might start instead of Arteta.

Anyways; win tonight and we're possibly qualified for the CL by the end of the week. It'd be nice to have that tied up well before the cup final.

Another Newcastle loss. It's inevitable really. We're utter gash.

4-0 Arsenal. Easiest 3 points of the season. We may as well not bother turning up and I feel sorry for the away fans who will travel to it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,500 ✭✭✭✭cson

I don't know guys, you always give us a game.

We lost a 4 goal lead to you not so long ago ffs!

    The last 3 home games for us have been;

    0-1 (Carroll winner)
    2-1 (Injury time Vermaelen winner)
7-3 (That mental game xmas 2012)

    I require an immediate Un-merge.

As long as Arsenal win I'm happy! Besides they kept some of it, like my preview at the top, dates and times etc!
