Cant see other peoples signatures / avatars etc

    Hi,

    just a quick one, whenever I browse the site (say from work) without logging in, I notice that everyone has avatar pictures, signatures etc. But If I log in (anywhere), these all dissappear. Do I need to turn them on somewhere? I've checked the user CP but nothing jumps out at me.

    I can see avatars when I'm logged out but I've never been able to see signatures, either logged in or logged out. Probably sounds stupid but where is the user cp?
