ACCA Ethics Module wiped!!!

I had completed up to part 6 of the ethics module and saved and exit... I had went back in and no problems. Tonight, after a number of weeks, I finally got a chance to log back in and start the case studies section and the entire module is wiped stating I have not attempted any.... Rang ACCA and they don't understand why…

Rang ACCA and they don't understand why this happened and said there was nothing I could do about it and start again:eek:
