How to post anonymous

I'd like to post anonymous on a thread, in the forum I'd like to post in, there is people posting this way, but I am still being asked to log in? Why is this? Or am I doing it right!

Thanks. I have tried that but I am still just being directed back telling me to log in? Would it be because I am on a phone?

I wouldn't expect the phone to make a difference. What forum is it (PM that part to me if needed)? Not all forums all it to be done.
