Maybe we could have a thread where people post examples of great swimming form, for others to learn from? For instance, here's a video on Youtube of Sun Yang breaking the record for 1500m freestyle at the London 2012 Olympic Games. He's got absolutely perfect form throughout, and I often think of this video when I'm swimming and trying to improve my own catch. Check out just how far he bends his forearm to get a maximum catch.
