    what would it be?

I'd buy an extra long bath.
    I'm 5'10.
Having a longer length bath would result in no more tossing up between having cold knees or cold boobs in the bath.

My house can't fit anymore extravagant things in it, but if it could....

....spiral wooden staircase with slide option. Exiting into a retractable floor/swimming pool.

A ceiling suspended fireplace. One that burns real logs - none of those 'flame effect' ones.
    Like this one: www.archiproducts.com/en/products/62499/central-hanging-steel-fireplace-antefocus-focus.html

I've always really wanted one of those dyson hand-dryers, they just work so well.

Also a proper big shower with fierce water pressure.
