    Hi people
I'll be looking for somewhere to train in the mornings for the summer as I'm hoping to get back into MA.
I seen a place on the net(Ironhouse Gym) thats local enough but theres not really any pics of equipment etc.
I could only find a facebook site for it.
Just wondering if anyone has trained here before?
    If so whats it like?
I believe its a bodybuilding gym would it be beginner friendly?
Any info or help would be really appreciated.
    Thanks
    Shiken

I have trained in the Ironhouse a few times. It's okay. Lots of plate loaded machines, heavy dumbbells and a few benches. Very hardcore training atmosphere. Not much cardio equipment. Not the cleanest of places and lots of the equipment is run down.

If you are looking for a better option near the area, I'd recommend The Colosseum Gym in Kylemore. Much bigger than the Ironhouse, better equiptment and more of a welcoming atmosphere imo.
