    I have a prepay meteor 4g smartphone and wondering how can i call numbers in ireland? Do I need to unlock the phone and get a Japanese sim card?
    I've tried downloading viber but I can't register as I can't recieve the SMS or call they send.

    I've received texts and calls no problem. I turn my roaming off as it's quite expensive but use wifi zones when there. If that's any good to you...
