Did I break the phone? :(

So I was switching my sim card in my phone with my sister's because she has a better camera (We both have Sony Xperias but different models) and her sim card worked fine in mine (Xperia X10... I think) but mine didn't work in hers (Xperia J). So we switched back our sim cards and now hers doesn't work in her phone either (mine works fine). Did I lock the phone? How do I unlock it??

Please any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

We're both O2 by the way so I thought it would be fine...

Sill question but is the sim inserted correctly? As in the right way round?

Or possibly break the sim in the process?

  • No it's perfectly fine... :(

No, you didn't break it. A phone cannot be locked that way.
Bring it into an o2 shop in town and let them have a look, or keep fiddling about with the sim and it should start up again.
