Apply for TCD

I submitted some applications to apply for a postgraduate course. According to TCD web page, all of applicants get a offer (or not) within 6 weeks after closing date for application, 31 June. Is it true? Course starts September, though. I think it is too late. Most universities in UK gave me a offer soon.
